He was born in Denizli. He graduated from Izmir Institute of Technology in City and Regional Planning in 2013 and Architecture in 2016. Successfully completed the 2020 Izmir Institute of Technology Urban Design Master's Degree. He has been living in Urla for 12 years. He gives project services in the field of public projects such as Urla Park Kahvesi as well as in the fields of other projects around Urla, Seferihisar and Karaburun Peninsula within the body of Emre Kolçak Architecture Office, which was established in Urla in 2017.
